I would like to write that this blog was conceived on a beautiful spring day, with the intention of imparting wisdom and knowledge on unsuspecting readers who happened to visit. However, this blog happened as a result of five hours of free time twice a week when the toddler started pre-school and some gentle persuasion of friends at a dinner party. The said friend's husband even promised to link this blog to some of his more successful blogger friends. (Still waiting for that J!)
Did I mention that it was a bleak, winter afternoon when I started this blog, without any thought or direction? At this point it would be nice to say that my blog turned out to have a direction after all, but nothing could be further from the truth.
If you browse this blog you will find snippets of my life as a cook, as a mom and wife, as a potter and a middle aged student. The posts are usually long, since I always have a lot to say, not all of it useful or profound. In fact, a lot of my views are opinioned and judgmental.
If you had the patience to read through this, let me warn you my posts are at least four times as long, if not more. So, click on the home page at your own risk.
Please email me! I have a question about your blog! :)
